CHASING THE UNFORGETTABLE ENERGY OF NAPOLI

FALCONE is an all-day pizzeria Napoletana inspired by the chaos and beauty of Napoli. We are a deep dive into the frenetic energy, animated streets, and simple food made fatto a mano of Campania’s capital, where life is embraced in all of its colours and emotions – the highs and the lows; the romance and the grit.

From Napoli to Paris, Chef Roberta has spent over a decade refining her craft, and is now introducing the neo-Neapolitan style of pizza to Hong Kong. Chef Josh, who allegedly grew up on the falcon farm that inspired our name, joins Chef Roberta at the helm of FALCONE.

We don’t do “authentic Neapolitan pizza”, so don’t even ask. Neo-Neapolitan is all about techniques, flavours and ingredients that break the rules and live outside tradition.

Proudly pouring bottles we enjoyed on our trip to Napoli, and a few that ended up in our cellar anyway. We love Piemonte and Tuscany as much as the next guy, but the wines of Campania and Sardegna deserve a little appreciation as well. Feel free to join us in appreciating them all night long.

Oh, and no iced lemon tea. No hot water. No cappuccinos. Grazie mille.
