A slice of victory – Chef Roberta rises to #63!
Our own pizzaiola, Chef Roberta De Sario, has been crowned #63 Best Pizza Chef in the World by The Best Pizza Awards in Milano. Climbing from #85 last year, it is a beautifully well-deserved recognition for our Napoli-born-and-raised pizza queen, whose career has been shaped by craft, dedication and her lifelong love of pizza.
Across Hong Kong and Dubai, Roberta brings the same unmistakable magic to every pie that leaves her ovens at FALCONE and Motorino. We could not be prouder to see her talent recognised on the global stage alongside the world's most respected pizzaioli.
To celebrate the occasion, Chef Roberta has created a special pizza, Peperoncini Verdi, paying homage to Milan's connection to Naples' elegance with fior di latte, scamorza, roasted green chilli, datterino tomatoes and basil.
